Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing will be delayed until we are able to confirm your information. If we are unable to reach you with in 30 days from the date your purchase was made, your order will be subject to a Forced Refund. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
Once your order has been dispatched, Reborn Apparel accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Reborn Apparel is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent (USPS for US customers & Your local postal service for International customers). Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances. Please note that if your package was shipped Priority Mail, up to $50 of insurance with most shipments is included(restrictions apply).
Any product shipped back to Reborn Apparel as an RTS (Return To Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility, will be subject to a RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. All customers should receive tracking details upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. Packages that fail to be delivered/collected/or received are sent back to Reborn Apparel at the company's expense. The customer will be notified of said return by a service representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed and the customer will be financially responsible to pay the RTS Fee.
Any product shipped back to Reborn Apparel as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Such customers will be refunded for order subtotal (excluding original shipping costs paid)
EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. You will receive an email from email@example.com when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 4. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org.
