RETURNS

Return Policy

Return any unworn, unwashed merchandise by mail. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund (excluding shipping cost). Reborn Apparel will not issue credits or refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. We are only able to issue refunds to the original form of payment. Refunds to a credit card can take up to 30 days, time can vary based on the issuer of your credit card.

For any problems or concerns with the merchandise notice must be given to findus@rebornapparel.com within 5 days of shipment receipt.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To exchange an item it must be in as-new condition. Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Reborn Apparel. After the approval of your returned item, we will ship your replacement free of charge.

International Customer are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Reborn Apparel for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.

Please include a note on your packing slip stating the product and size you would like instead. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange.
